Fitness Training

I have been a squash coach since 2002, a Personal Trainer since 2011 and a 200hr Yoga teacher since 2016. I use this experience combined with a friendly, patient, supportive and gently encouraging method of training to help my clients achieve their goals in a realistic, holistic, achievable and maintainable manner. This supports them in their physical exercise and helps them to feel confident, happy and energised!

I currently run small group fitness training classes.
